Welcome to A Space For You Therapy

I am Denise, and I am a professionally qualified, fully insured psychotherapist registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

I provide both short-term counselling and longer-term psychotherapy. I am based in the Beeston area of Nottingham in a welcoming therapy centre which is easily accessed by car, bus and tram. There is free car parking available and the building is fully accessible. Sessions are available face to face, via Zoom or telephone.

I endeavour to practice in an anti-discriminatory and inclusive way, welcoming diversity of all kinds.
